What I like is the facilities available and the spaces around the different blocks. However, the only thing is that many of the shops are not open, and many empty shops are vacant too.

There was nothing at R&F mall. Shops were mostly closed. Room was musty and not very clean.

Great location Convenient within a mall, apartment generally Cosy and neat. However, both bed mattresses are Hard and uncomfortable to sleep. Big disappointment with the price we paid. Crumbs and dirts are in between sofa when we rested, we had to clean it ourselves. stained sheet covers. The iron has a burnt residue and it somehow stained my clothes.

The room given was not the one showed in the listing. Cleanliness was subpar and we found at least 10 baby roaches during our short 2 day stay… some parts of the apartment were not well kept (peeling paint, handprint on the wall, stained sheets) but aircon, locks etc were working fine. That said, the price was affordable and location was convenient but these are the only good points. Stay if youre okay with compromising hygiene

Terrible customer service

Our check in arrangements by the operator were poor. And when we called the operator's hotline, they said "cool down sir", we will send the details. Despite our repeated calls and messages, we did not receive the check in details until around 2.30pm for a 3pm check in. The one Chinese female from the Customer Setvice who answered the call was rude and slammed the phone on me. Besides that, the accommodation and stay was fine and rather accessible.

City view is excellent! Aircon is not cold n there are some ants on the kitchen table. The bed under boards are not placed properly n the mattress sank in, on the verge of collapse when rested on!

Check-in was a nightmare - the office of this Tang Homestay is not accessible directly, i.e. no walk-in like other homestays; must be communicated by phone for staff to come down and hand over of access card. We took one hour to check-in as staff were very slow and often times on automated phone service! No guide notes on handling of digital key lock, aircon, heater and TV. NO WiFi in the room despite a router linked to the TV in the living hall! The sofa looks dirty - maintenance is quite poor.

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment

Very convenient, spacious 3 bedroom apartment, privacy, good security, very high floor, good, understanding n fast communication with customer service. Only that the living room floor was a bit sticky n no bidet in toilets. Definitely will come again.

I was expecting the property to be spanking new but the exterior (lifts were still with boards and stickers) and part of the unit was not condition were not. There were gaps in between floor wood and furnitures look old. Otherwise, location was great and host was good.

Bad experience

Room looks clean but when swenp, all the dust can be seen. Itchy on the bed maybe cos never change bed sheet. Toilet bowl unable to flush, inform but only answered when checking out. Parking card problem, cannot enter carpark but was told card ok untli request to change. Take ard 1hr to do that. Blk 3a1 or 2 is difficult to find as not manu signature. Bad 1st experience
