I loved the simplicity of the bedroom. Despite it being a platform bed, the wooden flooring makes it so cosy and homely. There's no mini fridge in the room but there isn't really a need as restaurants and bars are aplenty in the vicinity.

Not ideal for long stay

Travel with family and stay in family suite. Room is spacious. However, hotel leverages on public car park, so hotel guests are expected to pay for parking. Although no signage about food, hotel guests couldn’t eat in hotel lobby. No cupboard for clothing in room.

The room is not soundproof enough to I can hear the very loud snoring sound from the next door. I was woken up by the alarm clock next room at 7 o'clock in the morning. I was woken up, but he still didn't wake up and let the phone alarm clock ring close to 10 minute

Handle for the washing sink was faulty, room is smaller than it thought. Room was a little dusty. Fridge is not continuous functioning, it will only work IF you activate the electricity in the room, so if you want to chill your drinks while you’re out, don’t bother it.

Pleasant stay

The room is smaller than I expected, other than that, everything is good. Clean and simple. There is no electric kettle in the room, but a hot flask is provided to get hot water from the dispenser outside the lift. The wifi is pretty weak, so I use my mobile data instead. Must try the ice cream waffle a few units away and the western restaurant next to the ice cream shop. Yummy!

Female counter staff talking to her male colleague (Guess he is still new) very loud and not polite. It annoyed the other guest sitting opposite the counter. Check in process can be improved in term of speed and timing. We were told to wait as the staff was changing shift, but did not tell us how long we have to wait, we have waited for about 20mins eventually.
