"Hotel is clean, breakfast was as expected with plenty of options (even dairy-free milk), 1st floor room was quiet - didn't hear any noise from above or from the hallway.
Auto-deadbolt locks are a mess. It would lock when I opened the door and I had to jimmy it to get the door closed again. These need to be fixed or replaced.
My bath/shower water only got to warm, but I think it was just for my room because my sister stayed in a different room and had super hot water immediately. My sink water was hot, but not the shower, so it's probably a maintenance issue with the shower handle in that room.
I did not dock the overall rating for these issues because if they address them then this is a great hotel."
