"Good for the money "

"Paid for King room with balcony through Expedia but wasn’t given that room. Made enquiry about this and was told that Expedia over booked the room with balcony, but wasn’t told this at time of check In. Received this information the following day. was only told this the following day after I called the front desk. No apologies made Friendly staff. Clean room, bathroom, hallways were also clean. However, the hotel must do a better job of ensuring their NO Smoking policy is adhered to. Guest should be aware that the breakfast portions are very small and over priced. Guest should be informed. I think the cost for complimentary breakfast here is way too expensive."

"Room was ok. Questionably accessible. Carpet in rooms makes pushing a wheelchair difficult. Not sure if there are any push in showers, but the room we were given was a tub with hand bars. It looked like there was a bracket for a in-tub shower seat, but the seat was not there, nor in the room."

"Everything was nice but when I tried to get late checkout I was left pending. No communication which would have been nice. "

"Stay was good and mostly quiet. In the morning, there was garbage in the elevator -- chicken bones, papers. "

"The only good thing about this property was the staff and parking. If you plan on staying more than 1 night I suggest you find a different place. The best felt like laying on a cardboard box. The dressers were falling apart the air conditioning didn’t work. I went to take a shower and I had a few guest (ants) showering with me. Graffiti was on the walls and bathroom mirror. Room smelt stale and to top it off they gave me the wrong room number so I was trying to enter someone else’s room."

"Clean room. Staff was helpful. Called in advance and was advised that airport shuttle came every 30 mins only to fin out once landing that you had to book. Good cheap night reasoably close to airport for early morning flight. "
