"Clean and Comfortable Hotel with Easy and Convenient Access to PHL"

"Hotel overbooked and I didn’t even get to stay there. They had dirty rooms that they could have cleaned and they could have accommodated the 5-6 people waiting in the lobby. But no they didn’t clean them. Bree was nice enough to call other Marriott hotels and get us all stays at another hotel nearby. Thankfully she was able to help us out. That was the only positive of the whole situation. "

"They cancelled my reservation even though I had an apparently useless "confirmation". My flight didn't get in until 11 PM and that's when they gave my room away. We arrived around 11:30 and - surprise - no room! I've stayed here several times in the past, but never again."

"We were very disappointed with our stay, especially given the accessibility needs of my adult son, who has cerebral palsy. The hotel charges $25 per day for parking, which was not clearly communicated ahead of time. There is also no complimentary breakfast, which felt disappointing for the cost of the stay. While there is a ramp leading to the pool area, the pool itself is not fully accessible. There is no pool chair lift, so my son was unable to use the pool at all. We stayed in an ADA room, but the beds were extremely high. My son could not safely transfer from his wheelchair to the bed without me physically lifting him, which defeats the purpose of an accessible room and posed a safety concern for both of us. In addition to these issues, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, which made an already frustrating experience worse. We choose hotels carefully based on accessibility, and unfortunately this property did not meet our needs. I would not recommend it to travelers with mobility needs or families relying on ADA accommodations."

"Ask for non smoking , first you open the door , you can smell the smoke left in the room . On top of that , smoking mark every in the room , sheet , bath tub , toilet , disgusting place to stay . This should be 20$ a nite not 100$ a nite. I already warn you, don’t book them."

"The property is the definition of what you pay for. Not the best but definitely not the worst. It was a serviceable property. Spacious for sure. There is obvious wear and tear on the rooms with cracks, parts of shower not working properly, stains on carpet and sofa. However, for a weekend trip with the guys for baseball and nightlife, it served its purpose. Beds were clean and comfortable. Only spent the night in the room so for me wasn’t the end of the world if spending it with the guys there. Not a family getaway choice or one for a significant other. But for the price, it was a steal for the purpose we needed. "
