"we came here for honeymoon was great. It was. It was a little cold some days, but it was still very nice. We were disappointed that the pool bar wasn’t open. That’s the main reason why we booked this hotel must’ve the stuff around was closed because of seasonal, but overall we enjoyed the pool with the waterfall, even though it was freezing. It was quiet rather than the heated pool was very busy with families."

"Staff tried to charge me extra for kids even though I had already paid for them. They only put 2 towels in the room knowing we had 4 in the room. They threatened us about taking anything from the room, which I have never done. Not exactly friendly service. "

"Staff was friendly and polite, property was showing a little age but is clean and serviceable. We had a small snafu upon check in as the key system was down but the front desk person tried to accommodate us as best as possible and genuinely felt bad for the delay. We appreciated that we were allowed to continue using the beach and pool facilities after the 11:00 AM check out to make the trasition to our next hotel easier. "

"Property is Not beach front, ice maker on our floor didn’t work, had maintenance in our room twice working on the A/C. Can’t believe this hotel was ever rated a 9, maybe a 7 at best. I would suggest you find an alternative hotel. "

"The room was clean. The staff was wonderful. The gym looked clean. We didn't use it. I only used the dryer once and it was clean and fast. "
