「Lovely, luxurious hotel with great staff and beautiful views」

「The position of the hotel is convenient for the shops, the port and the bus station. The standard rooms are extremely 'tight'. There is very little space in the bedroom and a tiny bathroom. No views from the windows. If staying in St Hellier again, I would choose Premier Inn because the rooms are bigger and more 'user friendly'.」

「Brilliant position for getting out and about walking or driving. Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. Had one dinner very good. Friendly staff, only negative was didn’t sleep for two nights due to very noisy radiator all night, when we turned it off it still got hot so other night boiling.Maintenance man couldn’t fix it so had to have it all turned off.」

「Excellent sea view from the balcony. The room is spacious and clean. The floor of the hotel room seems to be made of wood. When you walk in the room, you will feel the floor vibrating, and even the furniture in the room will vibrate as well.」

「The hotel was well located and had a nice reception area. Our bedroom was nice but a bit noisy due to overlooking a main road. Pillows were very thin and we had to double them up. Weirdly, our bathroom sink was at mid-thigh level which was odd given that the room was too small to be a wheelchair-friendly room. The spa area was nice but there were no tea mugs in the relaxation room and no hooks in the shower areas for towels/swimwear. Bohemia was a nice restaurant but the food was a little...

「I would highly recommend these apartments. I booked a studio apartment and it was way bigger than I expected and very well kitted out. The ladies on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and were very welcoming. Would definitely consider staying here again. 」

「Hôtel agréable et bien placé, personnel charmant mais le ménage laisse à désirer (traces de café sur les tables de nuit présentes à l’arrivée comme au départ) et malgré une réservation faite pile 3 mois avant, chambre avec vue sur l’escalier de secours et la cour interne des cuisines, comme si on avait réservé la veille la dernière chambre disponible ! Pour un hôtel qui se veut classe… c’est dommage.」

「Only think i wasn't keen on was when having breakfast all the sauces and marmalades were in open dishes, so when i was served my english breakfast on a hot plate if you want sauce, brown or red i had to carry a hot plate to the table at front and spoon the sauce on, same with marmalade for toast, either sauce on table or small saches would be better.」
