「The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful.」

「The room and the hotel were exceedingly clean and met our needs in every way. The staff were exceptional caring for all our needs, polite, helpful and always available. The food was of a very high standard and the presentation was so inviting. We had dinner in the hotel on a couple of nights and were delighted by the selection and quality. The pool was very inviting but we just too busy to be able to take advantage of this facility. We will definitely return!!」

「Whilst it’s not in St Helier Town, the hotel has a minibus facility which runs from the hotel to the Town centre. Car hire customers will have no problem accessing free parking outside the hotel entrance. Rooms are a bit dated but scrupulously clean and the shower is clean and towels plentiful and regularly (daily) changed. 「This is our 2nd time staying at De L'Etang. We like the comfortable & clean room, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast options & delicious Greek food in the attached Taverna! Close to St Helier & bus routes. Wonderful outlook over the beach. When we next have a holiday in Jersey, we will happily book De L'Etang again.」
