「Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast.」

「Whilst it’s not in St Helier Town, the hotel has a minibus facility which runs from the hotel to the Town centre. Car hire customers will have no problem accessing free parking outside the hotel entrance. Rooms are a bit dated but scrupulously clean and the shower is clean and towels plentiful and regularly (daily) changed. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, full English and Continental if preferred. Dinner was adequate if a wee bit pricey, at £36. Staff in the restaurant are pleasant, very...

「Excellent location with an amazing view. The room was clean and good size. The breakfast is very good with choices of cold and hot, perfect to start the day. Staff is very friendly and efficient, they manage to accommodate us on a diner without booking on a very busy service. Parking is available for £10 per day」

「Neat, tidy and spacious rooms with free full breakfast provided. In view that there is no air-conditioning in the room and guests must open the windows to get fresh air, the only drawback is that the windows are not fitted with mosquito screens.」

「La chambre est moderne et très propre, la literie confortable. La vue depuis le balcon est sublime. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le dîner était très bon, dans une salle avec une très belle vue sur la baie. Le parking devant est petit, mais le second parking est vaste, aucun problème pour se garer. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine, mais elle fait envie !」
