「The communal areas were smart but rooms were tired and in need of an upgrade, particularly they need air conditioning especially those facing the road where it is very noisy if you need to keep the windows open. Whilst generally tidy/ clean the shower head badly needed descaling as it only worked to half capability and spayed everywhere. We asked for a change of room after the first night . 「The hotel was really lovely. The views were second to none but it was the staff that made the stay . The staff were excellent. So friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food in The Azure Restaurant was delicious. I would highly recommend the hotel and I would definitely return.」

Auch ein Schwimmbad zu haben hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Einziges Manko: Das Thema Nachhaltigkeit könnte weitergetrieben werden, noch gibt es täglich kleine Shampoo und Duschzeug Fläschen. 「A warm welcome at reception, immaculate and comfortable room with Elemis toiletries in the spacious bathroom. We booked sea view rooms, and enjoyed looking over the harbour and across the bay to St Helier. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were very enjoyable. I recommend taking the Dolan Loyalty Card - useful discounts on spending at the hotel and its partners on Jersey.」

「Immaculate hotel and the staff were always courteous and helpful. Ideally situated for us in the heart of the St Helier, near the marina, bus station and ferry ports. The breakfast was extensive and the evening buffet excellent and good value for residents at £32 per head.」

Ate in the restaurant a few times in the evening. Food and service were first rate. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.」
