「The spa was excellent, i have mobility issues and the pool is down a steep staircase but manageable if you take it carefully. Maggie and Simone gave us fantastic massages and facials and the facilities were great, really relaxing . The hotel itself was wonderful, location perfect, a bit confusing as to where reception is but apart from that it was perfect. Prosecco on arrival, top notch breakfast, loads of choice and all of the staff are so friendly, Elephantus was so helpful on reception,...

「The room was sparkling clean , the staff were amazing so helpful nothing too much trouble for them . Breakfast had everything to start the day , so many options. Bus station 2 minute walk across road and shops so close .」

「We had a great stay at this luxury hotel in a excellent central position. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The spa is very good, offering a lovely pool and steam/ sauna rooms. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Food also excellent. Well positioned for the town and bus station. We would recommend it.」

「Lovely hotel and great value. Swimming pool was cold and sauna was under maintenance which was a shame. Some places in hotel where been painted and rhe smell was atrong. But it was out of season so these jobs need doing. Breakfast choice is very good, lots of continental and a full english. Drinks in the bar were expwnsive. All staff helpful and always quuck to clean the plates etc. 」
