"The property felt a bit outdated, and some features in the room were not working properly. The balcony rails also need to be tightened for safety. The pool was not properly cleaned, stepped on what felt like debris, possibly parts of the pool deteriorating, like small rocks or gravel. The water was also too unclear to see into. Overall, it was still a decent option, but there are definitely areas that need improvement."

"Went to enjoy a birthday weekend with my family. I rented two rooms and changed 20 mins after checking in because neither room had hot water and the phones didn’t work. The rooms we changed were better but the next night one room had a jacuzzi and the ceiling was leaking above from it. We were given the opportunity to change rooms again but we were leaving the next day. The only thing they offered to rectify was a discount on our stay which I still haven’t received. Overall I didn’t enjoy my stay. Two thumbs down!!!"
