Since arriving at the property I was made to feel, wanted, loved and cared for. Nothing was too much trouble and all of the staff have tremendous local knowledge and were able to advise about excursions places to go surfing and areas of special interest. In particular, Sri - she was so kind and directed me to a surf school perfect for beginners. Chef Anam is very knowledgeable about old Indonesian and international cuisine and he and I talked for hours about food work and family life. Rifa, has a beautiful friendly warm and charismatic disposition you cannot help but want to be in his company. Muhal, another genuinely kind caring soul who could not do enough for me. We all shared great banter. Ardi on front office, was recommended to me by the restaurant manager at a previous resort I'd stay there in lombok and he did not disappoint. These are only the names of the team that I can remember but everybody has been absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend this resort for families solo travels and couples alike it's right on the beach of beautiful powder soft sand.

Hotel is conveniently located to my partners office. Front desk staff is very unstaff. One front desk officer attending to a long queue of check in guest. The remaining staff are hiding inside the staff office. No coordination, no teamwork, no job commitments. Very shameful.

The building is nice enough and everything is very clean. Staff speaks very limited English and beyond the check in/out they are not much of a help. The don't seem to know what goes on outside of the building, so not much advice there either. All in all, a correct experience, nothing exceptional.

Good hotel with friendly staff. However, housekeeping service and amenities lower tham expectation. They ran out of iron & ironing boards. They offered to iron but staff took more than 2 hours to accomplish a simple task of ironing 1 shirt. Had a meeting to attend and got the shirt back at the last minute. They had some large government event due to which they got very busy but it was all pre-planned so they should have been better prepared. Also, the area around the hotel is not quite walkable. Even crossing the street to other side is quite a challenge and requires walking a long loop.

When I checkedin, front counter confirmed that my room is smoking free and singled king side bed with 1 person for breakfast. When I walked into room#1809, it turned up to be a twin size bed. I went down to front counter, explained and request to change room. Another front counter staff attended to me, showed a very low unhappy face, as though I was creating trouble, very unwilling comply. But I told her, I asked for king size bed, why gave me a double bed with 1 breakfast? Does it make sense? Eventually I was told to return to room, wait for waiter to send me a new room keys. I have been staying in this hotel everytime I traveled to Jakarta, I notice their service is getting bad to worst. If it is not close to my partner's office, I would have stayed in another hotel. The staff attitude in this hotel getting worse. The better ones have resigned from this hotel. I have stayed in this hotel for a few years, I saw the drastic change of staff. Everytime, new staff joined, their service standard drops. And you call this GRAND MECURE KEMAYORAN, what a mismatched. Disappointed.
