「Nice price: thirty to fifty percent less than other motels in Ithaca, NY, last night. Room was clean, warm (very warm, which was very important because outside temperature was near zero) and dry. Desk clerk was a very pleasant, attractive, well-mannered Asian woman. 」

It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. 「We had a wonderful mid-winter break at Longhouse Manor B&B. Regina communicated check-in details clearly and made everything easy from the start.
