「Loved the Kirkwood Inn! Staff very helpful and friendly. Room and beds very clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was outstanding and delicious. Nice selection of pastries, fruit and the hot breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, pancakes. Coffee, juice etc. was available too. Located in Mason it was easy to get to Kings Island as well as Lebanon and the Golden Lamb. Great stay for the money!!! 」

「It was extremely comfortable but I found the staff at the breakfast bar extremely rude. They yelled at customers for being in the way and when one guy was getting waffle batter, they actually yellled at him that they were refilling it. Very unfriendly. 」

「Everything was good. Only isolated issue we had was the people parking at the charding station when they dont have electric car. I did mention to the nightshift staff this morning about having a sign posted to "Parking only for Electric cars to charge their vehicle." Its convenient to have at the hotel and we truly appreciate it and we were able to charge our rental more than once. Thank you. 」
