Never have a problem with the Tru and love staying here. This was the only time that had any bad experience. The shower seat was broken, the door to the bathroom was hard to close and had freezing cold water for not only the night time shower but also in the morning.

The hotel was super nice, it was clean and the staff were amazing. They have coffee or hot chocolate all night available to the customers. The water pressure for the shower wasnt the greatest, but it was perfect hotel. We will visit it again

The room was clean, staff was friendly. We didn’t try the breakfast, but it looked good. The only issue we had, the pool was very cold. We chose this hotel because of the pool and the location, so it was disappointing when it was so cold. The kids got anyway, but I did not. Otherwise it was a nice hotel for the price.

I have to say we were not impressed at all. Staff would only address you if you addressed them, such as good morning.... The room had one chair. If a small table with basic chairs had been provided it would have been somewhat more comfortable. Also no microwave, coffee pot in the room.. directed to the main floor for hot water or coffee as well as ice. after People/children running the halls... I understand not using carpeting for ease of cleanliness but the sounds carry. We chose this due to location and of course because Hilton has a high standard. Basics were met, just not welcoming and not comfortable.

After driving 5 hours, they wouldn’t let us check in an hour early to change before our family dinner. We arrived and the guy that checked us in had 0 personality. We got to our room, it’s 30 degrees outside, and the air conditioner was on. It was so cold walking in our room, 3 out of 5 tiny lights didn’t work. We had to use our cell light on our phone to figure out how to turn the heat on. Than the bathroom lights went out. After telling the front clerk, she said. “Sorry for your bad experience.” This is a Hilton group - no way have I ever stayed at a Hilton like this. One more thing booking direct with Tru, we would have been charged an extra charge for human support. I booked thru Expedia and didn’t receive that bogus charge. The rooms size are like a box. Terrible experience!!!!!
