「Amazing outdoor areas with beautiful tropical landscaping and huge banyan trees. Lots of beautiful sitting areas and hammocks. Very impressed with the whole experience. Will definitely consider staying again if in the area.」

「The hotel is under construction so pool closed for remodeling. The rooms are beautiful in side. Beds are comfortable, and they have 46in tvs that are roku ready. Price was great. After construction i would stay again 」

「The motel is pretty average and the price is reasonable but the unbelievable location and beach access is worth it alone. You basically have the beach to yourself unlike up the road in Clearwater beach where you can't turn around without running into someone. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.」

「The staff was amazing and nice. The property looks prettier in pictures. The rooms were really run down, did not have iron and ironing board, had to request and they have limited office hours, so glad we caught that early enough. The kitchenette did not have a working stove top and we had plans to make dinner, bought food and couldn’t cook. Had to wait till the next day to get a h plug in hot plate which ruined our plans and cooked the next day to keep food from being wasted as it was fresh...

「The Hollander is extremely nice. It has a nice pool and bar area offering good cost saving specials. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. It's near a number of museums, bars and restaurants. We'd be happy to stay again.」

「I have a Tahoe; the parking is tight as there are many concrete columns in the parking area The electronic key failed to work twice, and I had to go back to the front desk each time for a new key」

「I stayed one night at this hotel and woke up covered in small red bites all over my body. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly indicates poor hygiene or a bedbug issue. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「I can’t explain how impressed we were with our stay here. I honestly was expecting a bare minimum hotel but I’ll be booking this hotel for my next trip down to Clear water. 」
