「I forgot my key inside the room, 6pm and nobody was available to help in reception, have to make several calls and finally someone reply that nobody will be available , to take any key from the office that it will open my room, that made me think about how safe it is if any key can open your room. About one hour pass to be able to get to my room. It is my fault for loosing the key」

「This was a beautiful resort with very beautiful views and the staff that severed us were very nice and helpful. The only complaints I have are there was hair in the tub and on the floor. Also the AC did not get past 22 Celsius and we asked for a different room or maintenance to fix it and the maintenance guy just turned the fan all the way up which didn't help.」
