"Stayed here for the weekend when I was in town for a wedding. Firstly, the deposit was $250 which was a surprise I was expecting 75-150 at most. The hotel is very dated, needs ALLOT of maintenance for example the AC even if it was running it just felt nonexistent. Bedroom just as a whole looked unclean, ..."

"The hotel was in a good location. However, it smells of smoke inside and due to booking on Expedia the property would not allow me to alter my reservation. Check in was easy and friendly. Other communication not so much"

Buffalo Airport Hotel
"Very nice staff. They were friendly, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care. Shuttle was incredibly efficient. The hotel itself was so bad. Smelled, dirty, loud with people coming and going at all hours. Stayed there in a pinch and wouldn’t do again."

HTR Niagara
"I asked the property manager how old the cabins we were staying in were because it was so clean I thought it was brand new. I was told the cabin we were in was refurbished in 2019. 7 years ago! I was shocked, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Staff was friendly and helpful."
