「Great staff, very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the water park. Would highly recommend for the price. Great food at the Hole in the Wall restaurant as well. Food was a bit expensive though. 」

「飯店離捷運跟超市都不會很遠，走路的距離都可以接受。雖然訂的是雙床房型，但到現場有一位可以用中文溝通的櫃檯，幫忙換成一大床的房型，免去了提前入住所需要的費用。淋浴的空間個人覺得偏小，固定式的蓮蓬頭，使用上並不便利。沙發上竟然發現客人使用過的塑膠叉子夾在細縫中。」

「Everything from the start was perfect. From walking in getting greeted from front desk. They were awesome to the people serving dinner in the restaurant to check out the rooms are Awesome. 」

「I really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. Melinda helped me and was super sweet. The gentleman(forgot his name) helped with getting my bags to the room. Not having a microwave in the room is inconvenient enough but they did not have one in the hotel for guest use and I felt that is ridiculous in 2024.」

「The Kimpton Hotel was very nice and clean. The location of the Hotel was very convenient you have the basketball and baseball teams arenas within walking distance and also downstairs next door they had a nice and delicious breakfast spot. The rooftop-bar/pool area was very nice and relaxing. The staff at the Kimpton Hotel was very nice and helpful with our stay there. I would recommend to others when visiting Phoenix.」

「The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions」

「The gentleman working on the property was amazing, hard working, friendly and funny. The property itaelf was worth the stay. $4 coffee plus tax after 7am was extremely disappointing, especially since there was not available in the room. Breakfast availability was very limited and the neighborhood is not one to stroll around.」
