「Lovely hotel in a great part of town. Up a quiet street only one block away from bars and restaurants. The hotel is small and perfectly formed. The roof terrace is its best feature. Breakfast can be a bit haphazard and probably not good value. Rooms were advertised as having a balcony - be warned, you can just about have one person stand out there but there are very very small!! 「It’s a very quiet hotel for a very busy and normally noisy area. Quiet street, wonderful views of the Acropolis from the rooftop breakfast room. Wonderful breakfast with many choices hot and cold. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. I had my laundry done for a small price of 10 euros per bag and I used the steam/sauna spa for 15 euros privately one evening which was great. Very clean and safe street with all the restaurants around the corner.」

Arrives at 15:00 but had to wait about 20 mins for available room. Room is very nice decorated but the air conditioner stopped working at mid night with error code CH 04 appeared on the control screen of the air-con around 3am.
