"We booked a deluxe family suite. What we got was a basic room with a queen bed and a sofa bed with about 2 feet of clearance to navigate between . TV did not work entire time we were there despite staff trying to change out the remote. Fridge did not work although we were told housekeeping would look after it. Staff was pleasant enough but issues still did not get resolved. We feel it wasn’t worth what we were charged and requested a reduction in our rate but …"

"The staff was great, the room was clean. We had a small issue with our door not locking, but that was sorted quickly. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at night, but we would stay there again. Hopefully they will offer breakfast soon. Overall, it was a great stay."

"Big family room, great roof top bar and pool area - better than those in the city centre. Great breakfast. Only downside was the loud banging and maintenance work being done in the early hours / mornings. Would have been nice to have known this before arriving to see about moving rooms or changing out travel timings."

"Overall stay experience was excellent except: the on site restaurant on top floor had a great view but the staff was almost to the point of being rude. Restaurant manager would not allow us to charge meal to room, would not allow us to split bill, and made us go down to front desk to pay for our meal! Maybe it’s because it was obvious we were from USA or we were Asian American. Can’t definitely say but some factors was involved with the restaurant staff. "

"Beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of amazing with a wonderful selection and à la carte orders also included. You can also use the spa facilities if you are a hotel guest which was very nice. I would definitely stay again. "
