「The property is beautiful, staff was very friendly and more than helpful when asked for directions. I forgot a toothbrush and they brought one to the room (free of charge). Rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and luxurious, great toiletry options and great in-room coffee. Amenities on site are excellent. The restaurant was great, the beverage options in the lobby are wonderful. Hotel location is excellent, right next to Union Station and easy to walk through downtown. 」

「I love staying at this property. It’s clean, convenient & truly feels like home. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. Whole Foods is downstairs. Very walkable and close to everything. It’s great to be able to have the option to wash clothes and to cook. Did not use the pool/hot tub this stay, but they were great during my last visit. Property also has great amenities 」
