"Iwaso was a wonderful experience. From the minute we arrived after being picked up promptly, we were made to feel welcome and special. The onsen ( bath) was brilliant. Sharing the benefits of a hot bath in the gorgeous outside as well as inside!! The food was fabulous and the service was excellent. The room was calm and beautifully presented."

"This property is secluded yet walking distance to many things. I had a great run that included an amazing running trail along the river!! Every member of the staff went out of their way to make us welcome and to be helpful. Loved the spa and public onsen!!! Can't say enough good things. The meals were also fantastic. "The property is very nice, clean and modern. The living room is a comfortable place to relax. Please be aware that this is a 3 bedroom property and the other rooms will be occupied by other guests. The kitchen, living room, toilets, and bathroom are all shared with the other guests. The house is lovely but has very thin walls and doors and you can hear all the other guests, even when they are trying to be very quiet. If the other guests leave early in the morning you will very likely be woken up. It is a nice place to stay but please consider this when booking. "
