「From the moment we checked in, the staff provided a thorough orientation in fluent English. They personally escorted us to our room and gave a detailed introduction to the facilities. The room was spotless and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. What impressed us most was their exceptional personalized service. Due to our private itinerary, we needed to catch an early ferry at 6:40 AM. Although the hotel’s standard shuttle service starts at 7:00 AM, they specially arranged...

「The hotel was being remodeled and being updated while we stayed there. I am sure it will be excellent when completed. The room was a little small. we had 4 suitcases and movement around the room was difficult.」
