This hotel was really nice very clean. The only thing is the the rooms are very small. There was no room are my luggage, . But everything else was really good. Really great location..

The staff are pretty wonderful and so helpful! There are laundry facilities which is helpful and the dryer will dry clothes American style (fully dry) but there is also a hanging line in the bathroom shower to hang clothes too. The room was a little small but it is more of a business hotel and than family but my teen and tween and myself made a king size room work for 9 days. Lawson’s is right across the street so handy for affordable snacks and meals and Fuji dept store is a couple of doors down for groceries or shopping. Lots of small restaurants right around the hotel and the post office is next door. We had no issues and highly recommend this hotel for short or longer stays!

I stayed on the property for six weeks. The staff was professional, courteous, and always very helpful. The morning breakfasts were fantastic. I saw a staff with a lot of pride and care going into this facility. I would definitely recommend.

This is our second stay at Toyoko Inn Iwakuni. We stayed in August 2024 for 11 nights. The room was clean and well-kept, the service in the room was excellent, and the breakfasts are also excellent. The staff helped us with several issues during out stay and were unfailingly kind of helpful.

We experienced toyoko inn in other places but this location has the hardest bed ever! Felt like we were sleeping on the floor. The front desk were too arrogant and not helpful. We were asking for parking and he’s saying “no” but we saw the parking spaces it wasn’t full. We like the idea of breakfast included and that didn’t disappoint us.
