スタッフの皆様、明るく謙虚な方が多く大変感じがよかったです。ただ、一つ当日の夜に花火が上がりました。初めての宿泊でしたので、まったく情報がないまま宿泊しましたので、チェックイン時に時間や良く見える場所などの情報がいただけると最高でした。静かでゆったりできました。ありがとうございました。

酒店四周戶外環境優美，酒店到點座落海邊，除了可以看到美麗海景，遠處眺望還可看到嚴島神社及宮島景色優美。酒店內設施完善，有日式温泉、免費浴提供、各式免費飲品（各類茶，汽水，咖啡，果汁，梳打汽水，啤酒）、免費冰棒及雪糕、自助用品供應區可取用女仕護膚用品（爽膚水，潔面乳，乳液）、還有小包漱口水供應。酒店房間舒適，洗手間及浴室分開乾濕分離，使用上更加方便，房間用品完善使用感到方便。是次入住訂購了包括早餐的住宿，早餐用膳時間一小時，除了提供自助式的早餐自選菜色外，更為每位用嫁餐者供應一份精緻的日式早餐御膳盒，內有各種精緻豐富的日式食物，此外自助早餐供應款式種類繁多，包括:日式（飯，味噌湯，天婦羅，漬物，燒魚），西式（各種三文冶，吐司，沙律，麵包，甜品），款式豐富美味感覺滿分。酒店位置離宮島車站有一段距離，交通不便，但酒店提供接駁車服方便旅客，班次充足車程方便舒適，整體體驗滿分。酒店附近店舖及食店不多，如不在酒店享用晚餐，食店選擇種類較少但附近有便利店可供選購食物及購物也很方便。

湯上がりドリンクに生ビールや酎ハイがあったり、ウェルカムアイスがあったりなど特典が沢山ありホテル自体も清潔感のある空間でリラックスして過ごすことができました！ お得感いっぱいのホテルなのでまた泊まりたいです。

洗面台の水はけが非常に悪く、フロントに連絡したら男性スタッフが来てくれたが、排水溝の汚れたゴミ受けを普通に歯ブラシを置いてるところに直接ポンと置いてびっくり。 パイプフィニッシュを持って来てくれ、排水溝に注いで、1時間くらい置いて流したら少し改善されたが、定期的に排水溝のとても臭い匂いが換気扇まわっていても部屋中充満して、部屋にしみついたタバコの匂いと排水溝の匂いできれ本当に不快でした。 あと翌日背中をダニに複数箇所さされていて翌朝から数り日間とても痒かったです。 ウェルカムドリンクとシャンプーバーの位置が分かりにくく不便でした。 大浴場は綺麗でしたが、カゴスタイルで貴重品ロッカー設置タイプでした。髪を乾かす洗面台部分が4箇所で並んで乾かしました。 フロント横の海の景色は綺麗でした。

送迎バスがありホテルの行き帰りだけじゃなく　夕食に外食しに駅前に行った時も送迎して貰い ウエルカム　ソフトクリームのトッピングも豊富で濃厚で　暑かったので　とっても美味しいかった お部屋は広くて畳で過ごしやすく　大きな窓があり厳島神社の鳥居が遠くに見え　深夜　星が大きく近くに見え綺麗でした 温泉も気持ちよく3回入りました。 露天風呂の温度がぬるくて　もう少し熱いほうが良かったです、湯上がりビールと檸檬サワーがめちゃ美味しく　ピノも頂きました。 スタッフの方々は皆　丁寧で優しかったです 機会があったら　また宿泊したいホテルでした お世話になりました。
