「O quarto estava bem limpo, a cozinha com os utensílios necessários e funcionando, ar-condicionado com controle individual de temperatura, o hotel tem uma localização excelente, a equipe de funcionários foi bem atenciosa. Gostamos bastante. 」

「This was a great find on what was a suoer busy weekend in Madrid city centre. Location was excellent really in the heart of things but also on a side street that was very quiet. The reception staff were lovely and friendly and the room itself. very spacious. Actually with a well equipped kitchenette. Kettle and coffee machine provided too. I wouid definitely stay again. 」

「Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also...
