「The hotel is close to the Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. The staffs were very nice and helpful. However, the equipments in the gym are a bit obsolete. It was cold in the hotel room although the heat had been turned to the maximum.」

「10/10 in every aspect. A surprise upgrade was such a lovely gesture and start to our trip. Greeted with such a warm welcome unlike other established hotels in London. Amazing with our toddler. The breakfast was sensational. I would go especially for this at ABC kitchens. A special mention to the young gentleman (apologies I can't remember his name) he was extremely helpful. 「Spacious, well-appointed, serviced apartment, tucked away from street noise in Mayfair, a posh neighborhood in Central London. Easy walk to Green Park tube stop, many bus lines, embassies, etc. Bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, bath, and a large living room, Al for less than the cost of a one bedroom suite at a nice central London hotel. We’d recommend and will return. 」

「Hotel is newly opened, nice environment and excellent location. However, not enough caring as 5-star Hotel, can’t find TV remote control in the room, no coffee mixer / spoon, no trash in the room, only one in toilet. The most important for me, cannot connect wifi in my room, only able to connect the main hotel wifi, but coverage so bad and always disconnected.」

「1、吃～～采购食材很方便（步行10分钟以内就有2间超市），room service 也不贵且出品令人满意。还有酒店一楼叫Nobu的日本餐厅听说很不错，可惜这次带娃出游，不便一试。 2、住～～舒适的2居2卫的公寓： 极简风格的公寓，打理的整洁干净，带2娃一起住可以大大减轻看娃的压力～因为每个房间都可以把门关稳～而且到处都很干净包括房间地毯。 而这里舒适的卧具以及大功率的花沙，完全可以帮助消除外出一天的疲劳。 3、行～～优越的地理位置： 出行：走路2分钟就有公交站（站名London Hilton hotel），从这里有多路公交直达市内著名景点，到Harrods也只要2个站。走路3分钟就到海德公园站，走路10分钟就到白金汉宫。 安全：就在使馆云集的区域。 下次来伦敦首选还是住这里～」

「Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected」
