「Was there for my granddaughters dance competition loved the Convention Center and resort being attached. My biggest complaint is the fact I had to call each day to get cleaning staff to clean room even though I was assured the room would be cleaned daily. On our last full day I came back and forth to the room on several occasions and saw multiple cleaners on floor but our room was never cleaned that day. We had no clean towels and trash cans full. 「This is a nice hotel. Well maintained, good rooms, etc. When we checked in, there was a sign suggesting that the staff is learning a new software and to be patient. I appreciated the transparency, but there were some major issues during the check in process. We arrived on the early side, and were told someone would call us after 1PM when our room was ready (never happened). We found out after standard check in time that our room with a balcony was oversold so they would put us somewhere else....
