「Mis vacaciones de cumpleaños fueron como si estuviera en un lugar con ambulantes pero los ambulantes fueron el staff muy insistentes de tomar una plática con la agencia de viajes HYATT❌ de verdad pésima calidad de no poder andar libre por los pasillos o ir a comer es real mente agotador y desagradable el tener que lidiar con personas así cuando son vacaciones deberían respetar la decisión de cada persona. 「This is a smaller resort, but nice. We went the week after Easter, so it was quite busy for the first part, but died down the last couple of days. There were two buffets for breakfast, but we only went to one of them. There were three al a cartes, and we only made it to two, but they were both very good. The beach was beautiful!」

When arriving back for check in we had some complications. I had booked 4 rooms and was given 3, I was told this was a mistake from Expedia and they only were showing my reservation for 3 rooms. 「Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!」

「En general todo bien, sin embargo lo que le restó puntos para mí el hotel no está a pie de playa hay que ir al club en carrito, los carritos aunque no tardan mucho hay que esperarlo para ir al club o las habitaciones y finalmente de los 3 restaurantes el buffet de club y el de especialidades mexicanas tienen pocas opciones de comida, el de comida italiana muy bueno !!!」

「The beach club was very nice including the pool and the beach. The rooms were clean and decent with fantastic air conditioning. I wish I had known that there was no fridge or coffee maker in the room. Buffet 7-11 am at the resort and then 7pm for supper. Near the end of our stay, we found we could order a snack in between this time. There was a shuttle to the beach club starting at 9:30 am but there were no drinks served until 11:00 and no food until 1:00. It would’ve been nice to know...
