「We had a great experience, the front desk staff was very welcoming and polite. The hotel and our room were both very clean and quiet at night, the location was excellent. I also want to say thank you to Bailey for making our stay comfortable and for giving us suggestions on where to eat for dinner and for telling us a little history about why Sheboygan is a must to visit and will definitely come back and stay here again.」

「Booked a larger room as it was only listed ADA room to accommodate our stay. It was not ADA! FALSE ADVERTISING! Franchisee told front desk he’d process a refund of less than 10% of cost but is a liar as no refund has been processed but full price of room has been charged on my card. Doing renovations so dirt all over entry and things stored in pool area, too cheap to rent storage units. Horrible management!」

「The parking situation is a pain, you have to go into the front to check-in and then move your car to the back and use a parking pass. The bed was really hard.」

「Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.」

The parking lot had multiple people loitering around who appeared to be homeless, and finding an actual parking spot for hotel guests was a challenge. Walking into the lobby, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. Unfortunately, it only got worse in the elevator. It smelled like a hotbox, and there were dirty handprints all over the walls.
