Hotel was great, no major issues. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Property and room was a little outdated and could use some updating and minor repairs, but I would still return and come back. Great location and just a little south from Green Bay. We used the hotel for our base camp before a Packers game.

The hotel is definitely outdated, but it's clean. Don't let Expedia charge you for the breakfast, as I paid $11 for each of us but when I got to the hotel it was free.

Desk staff was unfriendly and rather odd. No towels at the pool until we requested them. The room was musty smelling. There was damage in the bathroom to a wall that was obviously old. Seemed neglected. Doubt we will stay there again. Family said it was once a beautiful hotel to stay.

Maids wouldn’t give us towels even tho I had 3 other people in my room.. pool was full of families which is no big deal but their parents weren’t even watch their kids… front desk workers were amazing but their was this lady who was I think a supervisor of some sort following my 1 year old because she was loud…

The room had water stains on the ceiling and parts of the paint had fallen off both the ceiling and the walls. There were small tables sitting in the hallways the entire weekend that people had to avoid. Housecleaning did not change the fitted sheet on our bed. I know because there was a small spill on the sheet on Friday night. When we got back on Saturday after they had 'cleaned' the room the same fitted sheet was still there, just a new regular sheet on top of it. The hot tub didn't work the entire time we were there. That was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. We asked twice if they were going to have it fixed and they said they would look into it. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I have history with this place! Almost 40 years ago this was the location of my very first job, as a busboy in the dining room. I believe the ownership changed a few times and it is now a Holiday Inn again (although missing artifacts from the late '80s - like the employee of the month plaque with my name on it circa 1988!). We stayed here for 5 nights on a trip to see family. The room was a decent size and clean when we arrived. We did not have a chance to check out the dining room. Staff was friendly enough, and overall our stay was pleasantly uneventful. There was a torn off panel in the elevator and some peeling paint in the room (oh, and the hot / cold water in the room was reversed!). Also, while we skipped a few days of servicing on the room, the last service took our linens and never replaced them! Had to go to the front desk for towels. That was a bit strange, for sure. Ultimately it was safe / comfortable enough for a small family without high expectations. If you need fancy I would look elsewhere!
