「Close to shopping and train station. Airport was only 15 minutes away.」

「Well kept room. No frills but everything was as advertised. Nice to have a kitchenette in the room.」

「We had the most wonderful stay at the boathouse with my mum and sister — such a unique and unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the owner greeted us personally and gave us a lovely tour around the boat, showing us everything we needed to know. The service felt more functional and transactional rather than warm and genuinely hospitable. One morning-shift staff member also came across as particularly serious and...

「Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.」

「Location is great, staffs are so friendly, my room is prefect! However, the hotel without lift, if the luggage is heavy and live in high floor, may not be so convenient.」
