The management company did respond to our requests and very nice. They sent cleaners, fans, replacement chairs and maintenance to repair the blinds. "Went days without toilet paper. I wasn't aware that there was no room service and this was very disappointing considering I could've stayed at almost any nearby hotel with service for a better price. We ran out of toilet paper after a couple days and asked the cleaning staff for more. They said no and were kind of rude about it. I asked the front desk and they told me "text your agent Nicole".
