"The room was really lovely, we was just disappointed by our view, we was hoping for views of the harbour or mountain, but didn’t get either, would of liked to have been on one of the higher floors "

"the hotel is located in the good location but inside the room is too old- the sink is making voices, the room is not cleaning well， the worst is had bed bugs"

"Other guests were noisy. Rooms were not well insulated from Ballantine and people arguing in the room next door at 2am. Bed was hard and there was no comfortable chair to sit in so only desk chair or bed. Lifts were slow and often overcrowded. Pool was closed. Area around hotel was good but late at night there were “working girls” about so I felt unsafe late at night but during evening and day it is very safe."

"Great views, the staff spoke well and were very helpful, Breakfast was very nice and a great way to start the day. Restaurants and bars had great service and excellent food and drink."
