"Location is excellent - walking to bay boat trips, shopping, underground, museums. Long walk to ladies market 45 min - but did it multiple times and very interesting walk if you dont mind a few miles. Room overlooked bay had two bedrooms and a kitchen - was like an apartment. Lobby is kind of small - but nice shared space with vie of pay on 10th floor. Kitchen was awesome for us as we ate home two nights which was a big relief from eating out after two weeks travelling. "The property is very well located along the promenade near Hung Hom Ferry to North Point. You can literally walk along to Tsim Tsa Tsui to shop and dine and enjoy a leisure time there. Aeon the Japanese store is also located very closeby and you can also enjoy food there in their basement. Location is impeccable. I like Kerry Hotel because it is a blend between East and West Culture. People host wedding there. I saw a traditional Chinese style wedding and a Western Wedding hosting there while staying at the hotel and It is so beautiful and with the backdrop of Victoria Harbour even more enticing and magical. Also staff is very accommodating. We came in near midnight due to the delay of the plane. And the check in counter sent us notifications stating our stay is validated. We have an enjoyable stay and is highly recommended."

"Hotel is reasonably larger than your typical HK hotel, Ruby our housekeeping lady is the best, made us feel right at home. AC in room was in top shape! Hotel is awesome if you’re visiting the HK convention center, walking area around the property is also nice, a grocery store in the same street, nice coffee shop with good breakfast down the street (pricey but high quality) The laundry around the corner is a life saver, the young man working there is such a loving person, they will drop your clothes off at the front desk once they’re done, so you don’t have to worry about picking up. Several bus stops near by, which is very convenient. Loved my stay here, will definitely come back. Hope they have an ice machine next time I come back, that’s a luxury in HK. Other than that, everything was splendid!!"

"Promenade and harbour view on a high floor is unbeatable. Great gym. Great swimming pool with views of the HK skyline and harbour magnificent. Space clean rooms. Housekeeping is on the ball. They’re friendly and very helpful too. Lots of dining and shopping within walking distance to and from the hotel. Excellent options. All staff from every department we came across with were all friendly and very helpful. Been to your home several times now. You have seemed to improve on every visit. Thank you. God bless."

"From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The staff are above and beyond attentive, the facilities first class and the rooms perfection. We took the upgrade to a harbour view room which didn’t disappoint. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with the most comfy beds. The bathroom was practical and clean with a wet room as well as bath. Breakfast was wonderful with so much choice and again the staff couldn’t have been more lovely and efficient. Also used the pool and gym - fantastic facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff even allowing us to freshen up in the gym facilities post checkout due to a late flight. The location in TST is so handy for everything. A visit to the hotel Sky bar is a must. I cannot recommend the Sheraton and its team highly enough. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you to you all!"
