「Great location - 2 blocks from plaza bolivar. Felt upscale, safe, very walkable & close to all the museums.
Room - clean and big enough. Great view. The shower had no pressure and flush wasn’t working great.
Staff - amazing. They knew manageable English. Weren’t good with sure seeing tips though.
Food - Breakfast was above average. Restaurant on the expensive side, but amazing food.
NOTE: the 2 twin rooms are small & twin beds are good only for 1 person. They upgraded us for free to a king +...

「Great beautiful property with terrace looking to Monserrate, sauna, and running fireplace (a bit too warm to run in Nov for me personally haha)
