「This is an amazing hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking. The pool is huge, the jacuzzi is huge, and the views from the balcony are awesome. Awesome. The room has a full kitchen, a fireplace, and a separate bedroom. They provide robes, room for your skis, and underground safe parking. 5 minutes away from downtown. Don't pass this great stay up!!」

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「Not a good check-in experience, then when we arrive… No AC. High of 93 the days we were there. Top floor condo. Very very very hot. This was the hottest I’ve ever been in any type of rental ever; home rental, condo, hotel, etc. very disappointed, would not recommend during June-September due to lack of A/C. Nice property otherwise. Very clean rental. Just so so hot and hard to find. Unit 404. Just NO AIR CONDITIONING. 」
