「This was a really nice place to stay that was convenient to both the Third Ward and Bucks game at Fiserv Forum. The staff is friendly, and the room was comfortable. One small issue popped up, the phone started to make a buzzing/alarm sound during the night, and again in the morning. It wasn't clear how to make it stop. I mentioned it at check out, but the service agent didn't seem very concerned or surprised by the problem. 」

「They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. 」

「Nice, new hotel. Clean, modern. And yes, the standard room has a fridge and a microwave (the room ammenity list did not show those). We did have some noisy neighbors but otherwise, no complaints.」

「The valet area workers are very rude. When I pulled up to just check in the lalet said you cant park here and to go find another spot. Parking valet cars in front of the main entrance is stupid as it is the only area for hotel guests to park to check in. Why dont they use the parking garage to park valet cars.」

「Room was comfortable and met our needs for one night. Pool area smelled very strongly of pool chemicals. The hot tub was extremely hot and I’m usually one that likes hot but couldn’t stand to be in it for more than a few minutes. Breakfast was good.」

「Very comfy beds! My stay was great. The only complaint is the bathroom. I didnt like the window that went into the room and no fan or ventilation. The whole room got hot from the shower」
