「All of the above. When we arrived I had neglected to ask for a first floor room because steps are difficult for us , especially carrying luggage. The desk clerk was so accommodating and found us another suitable room. The only complaint that I would have is that there is no elevator.」

「I love the prompt replies from the front desk. I love the easy check in and check out process and clear instructions on how to do so. There are brand new upgrades the rooms are remodeled. And the parking lot was plowed nicely from all the snow we just had. I am a huge hotel reviewer on Google and I will be leaving a great review and recommendations to stay here! Thank you!」
