「The Manager on duty was amazing and after realizing that over half of the power outlets in the room did not work and the AC was also not working and no other rooms to offer he gave us a full refund.」

「The room was clean. The heater smelled like dead mice. The breakfast was very scarce- only waffles, 2 types of cereal, one type of yogurt, one type of muffin, white bread; and the same thing every day. The owners lite off fireworks on the 4th until midnight outside the building so nobody got any sleep; horrible for my children!!!! Staff was friendly though and no issues with the room. Beds are pretty firm.」

「This is the second time we booked here for a 3 day Brainerd Lakes Area vacation. It is a great location and reasonable in price. The continental breakfast isn't spectacular but it offers enough to get your day started. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. What I really liked was how quiet the AC unit was. I've stayed in hotel rooms that when the AC turns on it sounds like a train coming into the station. This was whisper quiet. I will definitely stay here again.」
