「Lovey hotel. We went for an afternoon tea gift. Which was amazing. Everything baked in house. We made a weekend of it with an overnight stay. Staff very very friendly and nothing too Much trouble. Location is wonderful with a couple of good walks. Rooms very clean and homely. Food very very good. You really do feel spoilt. 」

「Stunning country castle style hotel. Rooms finished to a very high standard. Staff were wonderfully attentive, seemed genuinely pleased to help and proud of their establishment. 「One of the comfiest beds I have stayed in lovely big shower. The food was magnificent.A lot of choice of local produce perfectly cooked and coped wonderfully with my allergies. 「james very friendly, check in was very fast and clear, and provided breakfast ,room was very clean and bed very comfortable, bathroom looked new and like have been refurbished, room furnished with the ingenuity of the owner, it’s great location to stay ,few minutes walk to near the sea , highly recommend staying here. and very quiet at night!」

「We have stayed before in the hotel This time we where in the Block next to the duel carigeway and it was very hotso window had to stay open so lots of traffic noise This room needs Air-conditioning then it will be very good 」

「Superb location near Haytor on Dartmoor. Very comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff. Lovely views over the garden and surrounding area from the restaurant. Excellent food in the restaurant but it was pricey. Excellent tasteful decor in the lounge which matched the moorland area very well. Recommended 」

「This B&B hotel was beyond our expectation, really nice and warm feeling staying there. Only 10 min driving to Plymouth downtown, quite and comfortable. Nice and traditional building with good experience. Good breakfast and condition that we really enjoy staying there for 2 nights. If you want to experience traditional English style pub and food as well as feeling, Don't miss it.」
