「Clean room and comfortable bed.」

「This place was really charming. It's run by a family rather than a corporate entity, and the difference is palpable. Will stay again.」

「The room was comfortable, but the bathroom could use some updating and be cleaned more thoroughly. The A/C was ok as it kept turning on and off a lot and was noisy. The breakfast choices was wonderful. Fresh fruit, yogurts, danishes, bagels with cream cheese, chicken and biscuits sandwiches, OJ, coffee, milk, and cereal.」

「I honestly wouldn’t know because they couldn’t even find my reservation. Then when he did find my reservation, he told me he had no rooms that he would refund me the money. Instead of refunding me the money he ended up charging me again so after I got to where I was finally staying, I had to call them. It took me kind of getting rough for him to be able to refund both transactions.」

「The hotel is clean. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the stay. The last 2 days we didn’t get housekeeping service and had to ask for clean towels. Staff was accommodating and there was no problem getting the towels. The breakfast is really nice and the coffee is good. There are a lot of tables, so there was a place to sit and eat each morning. The workout room has nice treadmills, an elliptical, and a bike. There are also free weights. We didn’t use the pool, but saw it is small. Overall a good...

「As soon as I placed my things down I saw a roach walking across the TV stand and the top cover was stained on the bed. The air vent from the AC had some weird smell and had to turn it off. But I had a place to sleep. Shower floor had stain and I found a lotion bottle with the lid broken.」

「The lobby looks newish, but everything else is very old. Things are peeling and cracked and missing knobs, attachments, shampoo bottles should’ve been attached to the wall, but it had fallen off and still hit the attachments on them and were in the tub. It was fine, but I’ll be trying somewhere else next time.」
