Carpeting was very dirty, curtains were unclean, toilet rocked when used, the safety grab bar for the tub was loose. Bedding in first two rooms we were shown was dirty, had not been changed. Finally, the third room had fresh bedding but the room was not clean."

"Grocery store was very close by within walking distance and mays donuts were in driving distance and they had excellent donuts for the trip home. Breakfast at the hotel left nothing to be desired. Hotel staff were wonderful."
