「The property was disappointing first we were charged a 50.00 cash deposit which we knew nothing about because it was disclosed in the booking, 2nd the pool area was closed so no pool and thirdly there was no breakfast as advertised . The room was clean but very dated I think what we paid was to much being that not all the amenities that were offered were unavailable and I feel if a hotel requires a separate cash deposit then it should also be disclosed on booking sights」

「Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, most people don’t like it, for me I’ve grown up going to hotels that smell like it so it just brings back memories. Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, few hairs on the mattresses and the pillows, some on the toilet and the towels too, were burn marks on the bathroom sink from cigarettes, had a bit of black mold on the ceiling. If you’re planning to stay here for a night it is doable but if longer than that, might be worth going to another hotel」

「This is my second day at this bed-and-breakfast. It is close to Westminster campus and they allow my son to join me for breakfast for free. The staff is always friendly and the place is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent.」
