The room was ok. There was an issue with the bathroom sink flooding over this morning and we never used it. I informed the attendant and he was going to look into it. No mini fridge in the room either. Other than that it was a clean room.

Omg this room was disgusting omg the room smelled soooo bad (I booked a non smoking room) & it smelled like a$$ & old cheap cigarettes the entire time to the point where it made my stomach hurt, we got air freshener & that didn’t work, we kept the door open for a lil bit & that didn’t work! Other lights don’t work besides 1 lamp & the dirty bathroom light. The room looks nothing like the pictures! There was white substance (picture uploaded) on the bed skirts, scum on the dressers & night stands, the mattress was FILTY(picture uploaded) the lamp shades were absolutely dirty like you didn’t even wanna torch it. This place needs condemned I’ve never stay anywhere like this before like I was SHOCKED OMG

This is a very old property. Is in desperate need of upgrading. Had to have my room changed as the door lock did not work, 2nd room - lock did not work. Finally worked at a third room. The bed was clean and comfortable. The rest of the room was dirty. Dead flies on the windowsill, smeared mirrors, very old and dirty bathroom. Look elsewhere for your stay.

Worst experience using Hotels.com

I was disappointed from arrival. My room was downgraded from King to Double, but for the same price. The place is old/damaged; the window was cracked & open to the outside, letting flies in. "Breakfast" was just tiny, soggy muffins and bad coffee. No hospitality. I would never stay there again and don't recommend to anyone.

Do Not Stay Here

Avoid this place if at all possible. I should have known this would be a disaster when the front desk said "You booked a smoking room but we only have non smoking available." To which I replied, "I did? I didn't know hotels still have smoking rooms!" This place should be ashamed to offer rooms to people in this condition. Mold all over the bathroom ceiling, cigarette burns on the bathroom sink, mold on the cabinets...and that's just the bathroom. We aren't fully convinced we didn't bring bed bugs home from this place.
