「It's too expensive！」

「Our room was dirty and in poor repair. There was still garbage in the garbage can, kitchen and bathroom floors were very sticky, a sticky, dark stain on the carpet and said carpet had not been vacuumed. Cabinets in the bathroom were damaged. Looked like a dog chewed the corners. Breakfast was just about cleaned out when we got there at about 8a on a weekday. There was only one worker available to refill things and some things weren’t able to be refilled at all, ie milk, salt & pepper, fresh...

「For the price, it was excellent. The center of downtown, well you would think you wouldn't have any issues. It wasn't the case at some point. Someone venalized several cars on the block around a corner for me. Other than that, everything overall was well.」

「The property was BEAUTIFUL! The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean. Upon arrival, I did my own inspection and the only concern I had was the mattress cover... it was soiled and I was not comfortable sleeping on that. The staff on duty did change it for me with no hesitation. I am definitely looking forward to returning. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Lots of attractions and restaurants in the area. Parking was great!」

「Excellent boutique hotel in a fabulous location - easy walking distance (20 min) to all of the historic district. Stayed 2 nights and felt safe walking everywhere (Independence Hall, Penn’s Landing, etc). Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable…. basic but lovely, with “urban loft” style decor/furnishings.
