"posh hotel with amenities of back packer!! I absolutely HATE the cheap toilet paper! The room heating was very bad - the room was always cold! there was a floor heating in the bathroom but NOT in the toilet?? Absolutely pathetic as the pamphlet says the family who owns the place personally supervise any renovations/building new hotels - they obviously have NO idea what the real comfort is - simply PATHETIC"

"We initially stayed for 3 days and decided to extend for more than a week. Expecting that service and facility will improve . The apartment is ok which we appreciated. What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing trip became unnecessarily stressful. Check-in and support are also problematic. When something goes wrong, it becomes very difficult to resolve because the hotline is extremely hard to reach and slow to respond. For a company that relies entirely on digital access, reliable and efficient customer service should be a top priority—but unfortunately, that was not our experience. "

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel to the banhof was ideal. Rooms were up to date with features like USB ports, bluetooth, and cast/stream from your phone to TV. Breakfast was great, there was something for everyone and there is 24/7 snack or coffee service in the lobby. If you are like me and need a cup of coffee before you're dressed, I would recommend bringing your own travel size coffee maker or French press and coffee as it was truly the only thing in the room that I have come to expect but didn't have. "

"This is a very nice hotel in a lovely, quiet, safe neighbourhood with shopping, restaurants and cafes nearby. The bed was so comfortable and the room was so quiet, I slept exceptionally well. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a short ride (approx. 25 minutes) on public transport to all the tourist attractions. Eva at the front desk was very nice!"

"The hotel was nice and clean. However, there were teenagers drinking outside til 3-4am and the soundproof was quite bad in the room. I'm not sure if it was the cleaning staffs or customers, but it was really noisy with furniture dragging from 9am, too. "
