「I rented 7 rooms for a family gathering. Paid 2,300 for 2 nights. Repeatedly asked for extra bedding for the fold out couches and was always told in the wash. One room door wouldn’t lock when leaving. Did switch rooms but no discount and that door ended up doing the same thing. No discount. One room was straightened and bed remade but door was left ajar. The overhead light in our room was out . Was always told no maintenance on the weekend. Just frustrated all the way around!!」

「The television did not function during my entire two day stay, even though I reported the problem to the desk clerk minutes after I arrived. Several of the electrical outlets in the room were not properly attached to the wall and were not functional. The outside door closest to my room could not be opened with my room key so I was required to walk the entire length of the hotel each time I entered. The clerk told me the locks didn't work because they were battery powered and they couldn't keep...

「Floors were not that clean. The continental breakfast was 98% carbs, no good selections for diabetics. Do not shower after 9 on a Sunday morning unless you prefer cold showers. There was one lamp between the beds that worked. No lighting for the desk area.」
