"Clean and quiet"

"I had a room with a lovely view of a little harbor. I specifically got a room with a balcony (neither the balcony door nor the window would open). The walls are paper thin, very noisy, including hearing loud jazz music coming from the lobby the entire night. Fortunately, I brought headphones and fell asleep after I put them on."

"Customer service and staff was great. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was the tile in the bathroom was so cracked, a peice of tile got stuck on my foot."
